Cash on collection direct from our markets/fairs

Postal payments by cheque/ bankers draft/ postal order/ International money orders in pounds sterling.

Direct bank transfer in pounds sterling.

 If using these methods please email to reserve the item(s) you wish to purchase and we will send you an invoice for the amount due including our postal address.

New Items:

Returns are accepted upto 14 days from delivery date on all new jewellery (except Earrings and Body jewellery, see below) All original labels must still be attached, boxes and packaging are included. Items must be returned in unworn condition. From 15-31 days exchanges will only be offered.

Second hand/ Antique goods

A credit note / exchange note will be issued for pre-owned jewellery upto 14 days from delivery date if the item(s) are not as described. Every care is taken to state condition of secondhand/antique items however, opinions vary but please remember that these items are NOT NEW, and may have signs of general wear relating to their age. Please email us if you require conformation of condition.

Earrings and body jewellery

All earrings and body jewellery will be delivered to you tagged and/or sealed. Refunds are available only if seals/tags unbroken.

Payment refunds

You will berefunded via your original payment method IE if paid by paypal your refund will be via paypal, no exceptions.

Exchanges

Exchange notes are valid for 6 months, please keep note of your unique customer number.
